I have a lot of drafts and PUT is a great place to normalize them as each page would be saved at least once. I add <!DOCTYPE> if not present, work around Firefox bug, mark page language, add <meta viewport>, store <textarea> value, fix stylesheet <link> to relative and push it with current Content Type.
Drag PUT on bookmarklet bar, open live page on your own server and click it.
